We follow up our guests from the departure to their arrival in the island and then to the holiday home. We try to make them feel comfortable and we provide everything they might need during the stay.
Welcome and delivery of the keys
Regarding that flights are delayed often and other mishaps might happen, we follow up our guests from their starting point, adapt to the possible changes and make them know we are there to help them. We adjust ourselves to their schedule and needs and take them to their holiday home.
One of our main goals is to make the guests feel like at home. We welcome them personally and warmly to make them feel like at home. This is the moment in which we explain everything about the holiday home and answer all the questions in their native language.
Amenities
Many times the guests arrive tired and exhausted due to a long trip and often with children. Welcoming them with some amenities turns the arrival in something much nicer. It helps them to have rest without having to go and buy something to eat immediately.
